Mr. Qi is a mysterious stranger who is first encountered, when the player puts a battery pack into the lock-box in the tunnel. He is connected to the empty box at the train station.

He operates the kasino which is located behind Sandy's store Oase in Calico-Wüste. To gain access to the kasino players must complete the quest line "The Mysterious Qi". After the quest is complete the türsteher will move aside to allow the player to enter. He can be found inside the kasino whenever it is open.

Relationships

Mr. Qi operates his kasino behind Sandy's store Oase.

Players cannot give gifts to raise freundschaft points with Mr. Qi.

Regenbogenmuschel Leave a Regenbogenmuschel in the box at the train platform.	Prompted by a book in the library or investigating the box.

"Give the sand dragon his final meal."		Head to the desert and find the dragon bones to the left of the bus when it is parked in the desert. Place a Solar-Essenz in its skull and you'll receive another note telling you to check the lumber pile next to your house. A Club Card is your reward.

Mr. Qi does not leave the kasino except during cutscenes. He can be found there during Oase open hours of 10:00AM to 8:00PM.
