The Wedding Ring is a craftable item used to propose marriage in a Multiplayer game. The recipe can be purchased from the Traveling Cart for data-sort-value="500">500 G.

To propose marriage to another player, the ring must be given to the player, who has the option to accept or refuse it. If accepted, the two players become engaged. As with villager marriage, the wedding ceremony will normally take place in 3 days.

The Wedding Ring cannot be equipped like other rings. It can be carried in inventory or stored in a chest, before or after proposing marriage.

The Wedding Ring cannot be gifted to a villager.

Achievements

In a Multiplayer game, the Wedding Ring must be crafted to earn the Craft Master achievement ("Craft every item"). In a single-player game, the recipe cannot be purchased, and the player is not required to craft the Wedding Ring to earn the Craft Master achievement.
