Schneller Einführungsleitfaden
Hallo und herzlich Willkommen zum Wiki! Weiter unten wirst du einige schnelle Tipps für neue Redakteure finden, speziell für diejenigen, die mit dem 1.5 Update helfen.
Einschränkungen für neue Redakteure
Erst kürzlich angelegte Konten können keine großen Bearbeitungen vornehmen. Der Grund ist, Vandalismus und Spam zu bekämpfen. Falls du diesem Problem begegnen solltest, führe einfach mehrere kleine Bearbeitungen durch und speichere deine Zwischenergebnisse immer mal wieder ab, bis du nicht mehr als neuer Benutzer betrachtet wirst.
Ebenfalls ist es eine gute Idee größere Änderungen in einer Textdatei auf dem eigenen Computer abzuspeichern, damit deine Arbeit für den Fall eines Problems nicht verloren geht.
Bilder
Bitte lade nur Stardew Valley bezogene Bilder hoch. Avatare kannst du in den Offiziellen Foren, Subreddits oder auf dem Discord Server benutzen.

Bitte füge bei allen neuen Seiten, die etwas mit dem 1.5er Inhalten zu tun haben, ganz oben {{Spoiler}} hinzu. (Diese werden entfernt, sobald die Version 1.5 auf allen Plattformen verfügbar ist.) Es sollte auch an den Start einer bestehenden Seite gesetzt werden, die ebenfalls etwas mit den 1.5er Inhalten zu tun hat. Dein Urteilsvermögen wird dir sagen, ob du diese Vorlage zu bestehenden Seiten hinzufügen solltest.
Geringer Artikelumfang
Es ist eine gute Idee, {{Stub}} auf neuen Seiten einzufügen - insbesondere, wenn noch Informationen fehlen.
Es kann gleich oben eingefügt werden (unter der Spoiler-Warnung) oder direkt nach der Infobox.
Abschnitt "Geschichte"
Füge neuen Seiten BITTE einen Abschnitt zur Geschichte hinzu. Dieser soll die Veränderungen im Laufe der verschiedenen Versionen des Spiels dokumentieren.
Der Abschnitt sollte wie folgt aussehen: {{Geschichte|1.5|Eingeführt}}
Füge bitte auch bereits existierenden Seiten einen solchen Abschnitt hinzu bzw. ergänze bei vorhandenen Abschnitten die Neuerungen,
z.B. wie hier: {{Geschichte|1.5|Auflistung der Änderungen in Version 1.5.}}
Vorlagen
Änderungen an den Vorlagen müssen in allen zwölf Sprachen durchgeführt werden. Wenn du einen Vorschlag für eine Änderung an einer Vorlage hast, stelle ihn bitte zuerst auf der Diskussionsseite der Vorlage vor und warte auf Rückmeldungen anderer dazu, bevor du die Änderung tatsächlich vornimmst!
Die einzigen Ausnahmen sind Aktualisierungen von Vorlage:Name, Vorlage:Description (Beschreibung) und Vorlagen, die mit "Navbox" beginnen.
Fehler
Bitte melde Fehler im Spiel und Probleme bei der Ausführung an Official forums. Das Entwicklerteam schaut nicht in dieser Enzyklopädie nach Fehlerberichten. Das Problem wird also nicht behoben werden, wenn du es (nur) hier meldest.

Das Stardew-Valley-Wiki ist eine offene Enzyklopädie, was bedeutet, dass jeder sämtliche ungeschützten Seiten bearbeiten und Artikel verbessern kann. Diese Änderungen bekommen alle anderen Besucher direkt zu sehen. Dafür musst du dich lediglich registrieren. Das Stardew-Valley-Wiki verwendet folgenden Wikitext: wiki markup.
Einige Seiten, wie z.B. die Hauptseite, sind schreibgeschützt. Diese Seiten haben eine Code betrachten-Verknüpfung anstelle einer Bearbeiten-Verknüpfung.
Du kannst an diesen Seiten trotzdem (indirekt) Änderungen vornehmen, indem du eine Änderungsanfrage durch Klicken auf Discussion (oben links auf der Seite) stellst und eine Beschreibung deiner vorgeschlagenen Änderungen hinterlässt. Sollte der Vorschlag für gut befunden werden, kümmert sich jemand von den Administratoren um die Durchführung der Änderung.
Content protocols
When adding content and creating new articles an encyclopedic style with a formal tone is important. Instead of essay-like, argumentative, or opinionated writing, Wiki articles should have a straightforward, just-the-facts style. The goal of a Wiki article is to create a comprehensive and neutrally written summary of existing mainstream knowledge about game aspects. Ideally all information should be cited and verifiable by reliable sources.
Edit screen(s)
Editing most wiki pages is simple. The Stardew Valley Wiki uses classic editing through wiki markup (wikitext). Wiki markup editing is chosen by clicking the Edit tab at the top of a page (or on a section-edit link). This will take you to a new page containing the editable contents of the current page. Wiki markup is used extensively throughout the site for such things as hyperlinks, tables and columns, footnotes, inline citation, special characters and so on.
When you have finished editing, you should write a short edit summary in the small field below the edit box. You may use shorthand to describe your changes, as described in the legend. To see how the page looks with your edits, press the "Show preview" button. To see the differences between the page with your edits and the previous version of the page, press the "Show changes" button. If you're satisfied with what you see, be bold and press the "Save page" button. Your changes will immediately be visible to all wiki users.
Note: Do not sign the edit summary line with your ~~~~ signature, as it does not work there.
Kleine Änderungen
Das Abhaken des "Kleine Änderungen"-Kästchens signalisiert, dass nur kleinere Änderungen im Vergleich zur vorigen Version vorgenommen wurden, wie z.B. das Beheben von Tippfehlern, Formatierungen und Änderungen an der Präsentation, Neuausrichtung des Textes ohne inhaltliche Änderungen usw. Wird das "Kleine Änderungen"-Kästchen aktiviert, geht der Editor davon aus, dass keine Überprüfung der Änderungen notwendig ist und es kann auch keine Diskussion über die Änderungen geführt werden. Diese Option ist eine von mehreren Bearbeitungsoptionen. Als Bearbeiter einer Seite solltest du das Aktivieren des "Kleine Änderungen"-Kästchens nicht als Herabsetzung deiner Arbeit ansehen.
Große Änderungen
All editors are encouraged to be bold, but there are several things that a user can do to ensure that major edits are performed smoothly. Before engaging in a major edit, a user should consider discussing proposed changes on the article discussion/talk page. Once the edit has been completed, the inclusion of an edit summary will assist in documenting the changes. These steps will help all to ensure that major edits are well received by the Wiki community.
A major edit should be reviewed to confirm that it is consensual to all concerned editors. Therefore, any change that affects the meaning of an article is major (not minor), even if the edit is a single word.
There are no necessary terms to which you have to agree when doing major edits, but the preceding recommendations have become best practice. If you do it your own way, the likelihood of your edits being reedited may be higher.
When performing a large edit, it is suggested that you periodically, and before pressing "Save page", copy your edits into an external text editor (preferably one without formatting, such as Notepad). This ensures that in the case of a browser crash you will not lose your work. If you are adding substantial amounts of work, it is also a good idea to save changes in stages.
Adding references
Generally sources are added directly after the facts they support at the end of the sentence and after any punctuation. The Stardew Valley Wiki permits editors to use any citation system that allows the reader to understand where the information came from, and strongly encourages use of inline citations to do so. Common methods of placing inline citations include footnotes, shortened footnotes and parenthetical references.
Inline citations are most commonly placed by inserting a reference between <ref> ... </ref> tags, directly in the text of an article. When one saves, that will display in the text as a footnote (e.g.[1][2]), and the source you keyed in will appear on the page in a collated, numbered list corresponding to the footnote numbers in the text, wherever a template or <references /> tag is present, usually in a section titled "References" or "Notes". If you are creating a new page, or adding references to a page that didn't previously have any, don't forget to add a references section with this display markup.
Bilder hinzufügen
A file that is already hosted on the site can be inserted with the basic code "[[File:FILENAME|thumb|DESCRIPTION]]". ("Image:" can be substituted for "File:" with no change in effect; the choice between the two is purely a matter of editorial preference.) Using "thumb" generates a thumbnail of an image (the most common placement option), which is typically sized differently from the original image.
Talk pages
Every article on the Wiki has a talk page, reached by clicking the Diskussion tab just above the title. There, editors can discuss improvements to the content of an article. If you ever make a change that gets reverted by another editor, discuss the change on the talk page! The BOLD, revert, discuss cycle is a popular method of reaching consensus. It is very important that you conduct yourself with civility and assume good faith on the part of others. Edit warring (repeatedly overriding or reimplementing contributions) is highly discouraged.
Most other types of pages on the Wiki also have associated talk pages, including the User page each editor is assigned once they sign up. When other editors need to contact you, they will usually do this by leaving a message on your talk page. When someone has left you a message that way, you will see a notice the next time you log in or view a page on the Wiki.
- Sign your contributions to a Talk page by using four tildes (~~~~), which produces your username and a time/date stamp.
